The holiday season is officially over. I hope it went well and you’re well into your New Year’s health resolutions. Like I’ve mentioned before, I believe this is going to be an extraordinary year full of #extraordinarywellness.
I am excited that you are reading this because it shows you are ready to join the wellness revolution and keep working at being the healthiest you can possibly be.

Many of the things I shared are exciting and some were probably already on your New Year Resolutions list.
But, guess what? Did you know that many of us don’t achieve 90% of these goals?
And that January 19th is the day most people drop the ball completely. Woww… Imagine that?
One of the reasons so many people fall off is because they don’t have support and are not keeping track of their progress.
Whatever the reason, this year to ensure none of us gives up so early in the year, I’ve created an exciting, energising, and effective challenge that will run for 12 days from the 18th of January. Our goal is to detox, renew and re-energise, especially after a long festive season where many of us indulged a bit more in food and alcohol than we do normally.
The challenge will tackle 5 key areas of health.

There is lots to gain.
Lose up to 12 pounds (5kg) in 12 days.

Get yourself into a wellness routine early.
